Assessment & Recruitment
We have a simple yet highly efficient recruitment process by which We avoid unnecessary procedures as to give high priority to the steps that ensures we find the perfect set of candidates to fill the vacancies that our clients have.
Advertisements & Promotions
We locally source and identify suitable candidates by advertising in the most read newspapers of all three languages , by advertising Online through popular job portals, Posting on our social media accounts such as Facebook and Linkedin and through our wide network of our sub-agents ensuring that we find the perfect fits for each of client's requirements.
Co-ordinating & Short listing
We then coordinate the response, conduct preliminary interviews and short list candidates for selection as per the instructions of our clients. inorder to fulfill manpower requirements, we carry out interviews locally and submit short-listed applications to the Principals for evaluation.
Face to Face Interviews
We make arrangements, if so desired, for a representative from the Principal company to conduct the final interviews in Colombo. Unless clients demand otherwise or special circumstances warrant, interviews are usually carried out at our office premises. We also have access to WebCam enabled computers, whereby online Interviews could be conducted.
Professional evaluations
We usually ensure that an expert from the relevant industry also attends our interviews, in order to maintain a high standard of professional evaluation.
Trade Testing
We make arrangements as per requirements to carryout cost effective and optimum trade testing using advanced methodology at well recognized technical institutions.
Travel & Accomodation for Candidates
We take complete responsibility and great care of our candidates, by paying attention to the minutest of details, for the benefit of both, our client as well as the candidate, which means we arrange plane tickets, local accommodation and all the paper work needed to obtain "Emigration Clearance" from the relevant Government Department.
Ticketing, Travel & Tour services
Unlinke most manpower agencies, We have the most unique advantage of having our very own in house ticketing company Airtrave (pvt) ltd by which we are able to provide ticketing, visa, travel and tour services for our valuable clients and arrange plane tickets for candidates at nominal and affordable rates.
Medical Check ups
We arrange for comprehensive medical checks-up to be conducted by qualified doctors of well recognized laboratories as specified by Government general rules for 'Pre-employment Medical Check-up for Expatriate Employees'.
Comprehensive Database system
We maintain a large and up to date database of candidates which we leave at our client's disposal anytime. We use this database to make an appropriate match thereby empowering our clients to make quick and informed decisions that can make the difference between success and failure in this global economy..
Briefing & Training Candidates
